Welcome CV Publications Courses Projects Pictures Thermochronology Lab. UCV Quantitative  Thermochronology Students

I am a holistic researcher that combine low (apatite and zircon fission-track, (U-Th)/He) and high temperature thermochronology (40Ar/39Ar on muscovite, biotite, hornblende, k-feldspar) with multiple tools (quantitative thermochronology, geomorphology, tectonic, structural geology, statistics,  applied mathematics, and numerical modeling) in order to try to discriminated relationships among climate, tectonic and surface processes across regions located at diverse tectonic settings (Northern Andes, Amazonian Basin, Papua-New Guinea, Africa, etc).

I collaborate with different projects (and very nice people!) across the world and in my country (Venezuela)  in order to understand: how different areas evolve over geologic time?
