Cozy Cabin in the PInes

Welcome to our Cozy Cabin in the pines!

Nestled in the mountains and pines, less than one minute away from Diamond Peak Ski resort (0.3 miles to be exact), our Cozy Cabin is a dream for the recreation-minded. We are located in Tyrolian Village, a quaint Incline Village development of swiss chalet-style houses.

Diamond Peak is a family-friendly ski resort with stunning views of Lake Tahoe, great snow, affordable prices, and best of all, NO CROWDS! A dozen other alpine and Nordic skiing facilities, including Squaw, North star, and Heavenly are within 40 minutes.

Thousands of breath-taking acres of hiking, biking, and snowshoeing trails await just outside the door. Well-maintained private tennis courts are 300 feet away. Pristine Lake Tahoe beaches, championship golf, restaurants, shops and the Incline Village Recreation Center are within minutes away.

After a long day of recreation, you can relax by the fire (or the TV) in our beautifully and thoughtfully furnished Cozy Cabin. With comfortable contemporary furniture and high-quality cotton bed and bath linens, you will feel relaxed and rejuvenated from the moment you step inside. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make a simple meal. We offer a Roku (streaming media) with Hulu Plus and other channels, Wi-Fi, DVD player with video library, and telephone service.

Our cabin has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths, sleeping 8-9 people. The downstairs consists of the kitchen, including a full-sized washer and dryer; a dining room that comfortably seats 8 or 9; main living area with 30-foot ceilings, a large flat screen TV, comfortable leather sofas, wood-burning fireplace; one bedroom with one queen bed and a desk; and one full bathroom with a jetted tub. The upstairs has two bedrooms each with a queen bed, and a kids bedroom with a twin/full bunk beds and vintage video games, and one full bathroom. This cabin is perfect for one or two families.

We purchased our second home in 2012 as a getaway from the congested Silicon Valley. We wanted a place for our three young children to experience nature, peace, and beauty. And, of course, have a rip-roaring fun time. We encourage families to come stay in our cabin.

Life is short. Go make some memories.
