Our church visits have taken us into upstate SC several times and from the NC mountains to the coast. Although Scott has lived in NC most of his life, he walked in the Atlantic surf on his home-state beach for the first time in his life! Since mid-November our support
has risen noticeably from 56% to 70%. As you may recall, I asked you to
consider becoming “one of the 30 partners” who would join with us in support
at $100 per month. We are so encouraged to report, now, that the number of
needed partners has dropped to 20! To leave for As you reflect on how the Lord Christ

Thanksgiving was enjoyed with Scott’s family in Brevard, with a dozen cousins and half as many aunts and uncles under one roof. All enjoyed the time! Our trip to eastern NC allowed
us to drop in for a brief visit with Julie’s great “Aunt Boo” in Just last week we trekked down

We celebrated Ellie’s 8th birthday! During this Christmas season we
have enjoyed many celebrations and gatherings with our dear friends at our
home As a nuclear family, our nightly, candlelit advent readings have been as enjoyable as ever. Our caroling around the table even knows the occasional swell of young Joseph’s voice! We eagerly look forward to a full day of Christmas celebrations tomorrow here at home. Prayer Requests: –
