Destroy falling asteroids before time runs out. Try not to get hit. Score more the faster you beat each wave. Extra lives at 5000 points, then at 12500, etc.
Broken asteroids can yield bonus items or weapons. Shoot weapon pickups to cycle them. Shoot them enough and they turn into bonus items.
This is a game built in 48 hours for Ludum Dare #23, a quick game design competition. This game was 100% created by P. C. O. Johansson (a.k.a. hulahulahest, a.k.a. movexig), including all design, programming, graphics and audio (the music was automatically generated with Autotracker; I have no musical talent!). The theme for competition #23, in which this is an entry, was "Tiny World".
