Celebrate the First Anniversary of the Harriet Tubman Underground Railroad Visitor Center

Celebrate the life and work of Harriet Tubman, who risked all in the name of freedom and equality, at the Harriet Tubman Underground Railroad Visitor Center in Church Creek. Celebrating its first anniversary on March 10-11, the center and adjoining park have quickly become the hub of the scenic Harriet Tubman Underground Railroad Byway. See beautiful Eastern Shore landscapes in many ways unchanged from when Tubman made her journey to freedom, and honor the memory of this American hero along the Harriet Tubman Underground Railroad Byway.
