Sweet Tastes of Spring
The sweetest place to be in Harford County is the Bel Air Armory for the 15th Annual Chocolate and Candy Festival, March 5. Sample from chocolatiers, candy makers, and sweet treat merchants. Hundreds of marshmallow masterpieces created by local artists, families, businesses, and community groups are displayed at the Carroll Arts Center during PEEPshow, March 25-April 6. You can’t eat the art, but it will make you hungry!

Maryland Day Celebrations
Maryland Day commemorates March 25, 1634, the day settlers disembarked from two small sailing ships - the Ark and the Dove – onto Maryland soil. Hear the history of the voyage at the site of the original settlement, St. Clement’s Island, on March 24. Their Maryland Day celebrations include guest speakers, dignitaries, and wreath-laying.
