Hello! Translator AdPro here.
I know this is going to seem unusual for me to type at the very beginning of a guide like this
but please bear with me and read very carefully. This pertains to why no one has heard of this game.
This game was originally on noprops' old website back as early as November 2008,
and was seemingly removed between late February to early May of the same year.
The reason seems to be that noprops was embarrassed about the game,
on their blog they talked about why they were getting rid of certain games off their website,
with "The Hero's Escape Game 3" being one of many that have
not been made officially public since deletion.
noprops' states, "I am happy that so many people can see my work, but I am a little worried that
I might be sharing my dark past to all of Japan. (this might also apply to the rest of the world)
This is also the reason why I deleted all the videos I uploaded onto NicoVideo in the past."
So while I am allowing people to play this game in English (and via a slightly modified Japanese version),
it would be best not to heavily associate nor directly talk to noprops regarding this game.
People have been saying that noprops would one day remake this game,
but since it's been over 10, almost 20 years as of this English version releasing,
I don't think noprops would ever go back to the idea of a third Hero's Escape Game.
With that being said, the hints you're looking at are what I'd give to the player.
The original hints page for the game was never archived. But this should suffice.

Before pushing any switches, the bottom two rooms over "L" by 2.
By pushing "R", you shift the rooms over by 1.
Switches and Cage Doors
Perhaps the first one could be in the same room as the third one?
Third Floor Safe
There are numbers written on a Memo.
Third Floor Chess Pieces
Please be sure to save before attempting this puzzle.
It is very easy to get stuck. Otherwise, you will have to start over from the beginning.
Maybe the top left could be opened up first, then make an opening from the bottom.
Fourth Floor Safe
Try walking on the numbers.
Fifth Floor Password
November doesn't have 55 days, does it?
